Hozama (Jeff)

During that time, I have remained within Aeons, never leaving for any reason. A guild is more than a random assortment of players with a common goal; it's a place for us, as both players and humans, to join together in all manner of activity. From games and quizzes, to large scale battles and even just chatting, this guild represents all of what makes Maple Story fun. This is what I believe, and Aeons shares this vision.
I've experienced the ups and downs of the guild, from our first Zakum run to the drama caused by misunderstandings and hurt feeling, and I've remained loyal to what I consider to be a great and wonderful family. Many members have helped me, and I've helped back, strengthening bonds of friendship and kinship within the guild. Participating in numerous events, I've been inspired to start a couple of my own, leading to great success and inspiring others the same way I was inspired.
If I was chosen to become a Jr. Master, I would continue my support to the guild and its members with my strength and humor. |
Though we didn't really know each other back then, I have, as a matter of fact, gotten to know Jeff through Nexon old forum. He has always appeared to me as a well-spoken and a very fair individual. It is one of my greatest joy to have him joined our guild, and as it turns out, Jeff has become one of the friends here whom I've come to treasure. Through several hardships, Jeff has always been there to support not just me, but our guild as a whole. Jeff is not only very loyal to our guild, but more than that, he respects our rules and shares the same philosphy as us. Those are the very qualities that I expected from our Jrs. Of course, Jeff's witty humor is a big plus, and I hope it would bring a lighter tone to Aeons in the future. =)
TheBilbo (Daniel)
As most of you might have noticed, Daniel is very talented in more ways than one. His abilities in writing and graphic design are evident, and his humor has brought a touch of smile to my face always. On several occasions, Daniel has spoken out for me as well as for our guild. He has proven his loyalty not just by staying in the guild since the day he joined, but the fact that he is willing to stand up for us when others hesitated to do so has gained my utmost respect and gratitude. I believe he would be a great addition to our Jrs. team.

Loyalty: I’ve been in about 6 different guilds and although that might make me seem like a guild hopper it is the exact opposite. Experience: I have quite a bit of experience in enforcement positions and leadership.
1) For about 3 years I started, managed and maintained the most popular Star Craft Mapmaking clan in SC history, Clan (U). During that time I recruited co-leaders and successors. I dealt with numerous dramas clan recruitments for a very long time. The guild was ran off the the rules I created for about 2 years after I left.
2) Global forum moderator for Staredit.net for a year or two. Staredit.net is or at least was the best place for all that is map-making in Starcraft. The forum has thousands of members and post rate is unreadable.
3) Real life experience includes..
-Associate Manager at the fast food Italian restraint Fazoli’s (May 2004 – present)
-Community Advisor for the Residence halls at University of Central Missouri (1 year)
- These two jobs vary drastically but they both require that I obtain respect from those under me and I can lead them. And when required I enforce the rules.
4) Guild Jr of Dark Tempest - I was once the Jr in my 2nd guild for the entire time till the leader disbanded the guild out of no where. Msg Chrono4111 for reference.
Drama Immune: A long time ago while running clan (U). I decided that I would not be effected personally from online dramas. Needless to say as simple as that sounds keeping that in mind has allowed me to keep an emotional distance from the inevitable mini dramas. If you have made me mad in game then you have managed to acomplish a very difficult task. When people insult me I smile and thank them, I do my best to prevent dramas but you will not see me participating in it. Most conflicts can be resolved just by talking about it.
Kind and Supporting:
I enjoy helping others, I’m very polite and would like very much to assist the Aeons team in maintaining the guild and supporting the members.
Creative: I consider myself to be a very creative person. This means that I will have ideas on how to improve or implement about everything we need to discuss. My boss that I’ve known for 8 years once told me I’m the most creative person he knows. When I’m determined to do something well I achieve.

Neal appears to be a very level-headed person. He impressed me not only with his numerous experiences, but more because he is willing to distant himself from drama and stand with our guild. Though we might not know each other well, but I am glad that I will be given the chance to work with him as a JR.
As I have stated in the Reform thread, all Jrs. will be closely observed, and their performances evaluated. If for any reason, the Jr(s) failed to meet the requirements, a new one will thus be selected for replacement. However, I truly believe that this new group of Jrs. will be able to work together in an efficient, none-drama way. I have great faith in their abilities, and I do hope that together we will be able to bring Aeons into a new era.
I would like to thank all of you who have submitted the applications. And I will be looking forward to work with our new Jrs.

No Racial/Sexual implied languange Minimum entrance: Level 80
For Return/Members who are switching characters, the level rquirement is: Level 50 *Members who are absent for more than 2 weeks will count as inactives, and therefore subjected for expulsion. Those who left a reason for absence on this forum (recommended) or on BBS in game will be granted a grace period of One month. *Our guild no longer recruits random players. The invitation to join our guild will be extended to buddies/friends of current members ONLY. Also, all new members will be checked for past hacking/scamming histories. All members MUST be on rank. |

4th Rank (Shiva): Level 90-99
3rd Rank (Anima): Level 100 and up.
2nd Rank (Bahamut): Jr. Master, no min. level required.
