Aeons, throughout the course of it's history, has gone through several changes and improvements. However, the goal to provide members a home in the Maple world has been and will always remain the same.
I understand the events in the past few weeks had shaken the guild, and worried many members. As a guild leader, I am here to ask all of you-please have faith in our guild, and trust us to never waver from our determination to give all members the best that we can offer. Unlike the past when we just created this guild, Aeons has established a respectable reputation in Bellocan. We are not just a top ranking guild, an emerging Zakuming guild, but more than that, we now have a group of loyal memebers who would always be there to support us, would stand up for this guild and weathered the storms together. For those of you who have given your loyalty, I thank you deeply from the bottom of my heart. It's because of members like you that has kept this guild going.
After much consideration, I have decided to call forth a guild reform. The following are some of the changes that we will have in this guild:
1.) Junior Reform.
Our guild, from now on, will have maximum of 6 Jrs. It has come to my attention that more Jrs. doesn't necessarily mean that the guild would be run more efficiently. Our guild is very well established, and therefore, a handful of dedicated Jrs. shall be sufficient enough.
Here's a list of qualification that I expect from all Jrs. A note of reminder, if you haven't read my posts under "From the guild leader", you might want to do so to avoid futher conflicts.
1. Always put members first before self-interest.
2. Courteous to all members. (Though we do expect the same in return.)
3. Willing to work as a team among Jrs. Able to solve problems and differences in a calm manner.
4. NEVER, EVER confront another Jr. in public where other members are present. You have questions, want to vent? Post in the Jr. Corner-that's what that forum for.
5. Respect, follow and enforce all the rules.
6. Actively involve in all the discussions that we hold there. Your opinions are important.
7. Shall a crisis arised, Jrs. are expected to support each other.
All current Jrs. will be under observation, and performances evaluated every three months. If in any case, you have failed to meet the qualifications, your Jr. status will be removed, and new Jr. will be selected as a replacement. Those who think they meet the requirements of the Jrs. will have a chance to send in their applications to me for review. (Yes, please do send them to me via PM or e-mail. IF I don't receive it personally, your applications will NOT be considered. I would think that's the least a guildmaster can ask for.) Shall the occasion to replace a current Jr. arised, the name of the new Jr. will be posted in the Jr. Corner for further discussion. At this time we are looking for THREE (3) more Jrs. It would be much appreciated if you can write a brief summary about yourself and why you would like to join our Jr. team. The deadline for submitting the applications would be June 30th, 6:00PM PDT.
2.) Zakum-run Organizers
We arel looking for dedicated Z-run organizers! If you have great organizing skills, rarely panic under pressure (for example: "OMG! We don't have enough people for the run!" or "SHOOT ME! We are not going to make it, the Zak is toooo big!" Well, those are big no, nos...), then please contact Kat for more info!
Hopefully, our guild would be like a phoenix that has risen again from the ashes. Let's work together for a better guild future, and thank you again for your continuous supports.

No Racial/Sexual implied languange Minimum entrance: Level 80
For Return/Members who are switching characters, the level rquirement is: Level 50 *Members who are absent for more than 2 weeks will count as inactives, and therefore subjected for expulsion. Those who left a reason for absence on this forum (recommended) or on BBS in game will be granted a grace period of One month. *Our guild no longer recruits random players. The invitation to join our guild will be extended to buddies/friends of current members ONLY. Also, all new members will be checked for past hacking/scamming histories. All members MUST be on rank. |
| Guild Ranking System | 5th Rank (Ixion): Level 80-89 Also the initial rank when first joined. Will be adjusted after 2 weeks.
4th Rank (Shiva): Level 90-99
3rd Rank (Anima): Level 100 and up.
2nd Rank (Bahamut): Jr. Master, no min. level required.
